Star Pilates is a fully equipped studio with Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Core Align. This is a safe environment to enjoy low impact exercise that improves strength, balance and flexibility. The benefit of using the spring based equipment is that the body is supported in movement.
Simone is a fully qualified Pilates teacher who worked in pilates studios for ten years before setting up Star Pilates in Egginton. She is inspired to work with people to improve posture and achieve fitness goals so that they can enjoy life – the Pilates method can accommodate everyone.
There are also regular mat classes at the Village Memorial Hall. Weekly mat classes are a great opportunity for regular exercise in a small group.
From beginners to intermediate level, morning and evening classes are available.
